An Ode to Jelly Fish

[youtube=http://youtu.be/Wsa6c4RzToY]

Oh jelly fish sweet jelly fish,

You’re more like jelly than you are like fish,

I wouldn’t spread on my bread,

‘Cause then I’d probably end up dead,

I’m afraid you a little poisonous,

You’re also androgynous,

[Not that there’s anything wrong with that.]

Oh jelly fish sweet jelly fish,

You’re just not a fish.

  1. Correction, according to wikipedia "Jellyfish are usually either male or female (hermaphroditic specimens are occasionally found)." That being said, it was hard to find a word that fit Jellyfish and so perfectly rhymed with poisonous, so I quote the great philosopher Douglas Adams when I write: "Beauty is truth" and "Reality is frequently inaccurate."
