Winter Pool Sessions

This winter, together with the spectacular Julie McCoy, I will be running a pool session in Dobbs Ferry!

Come by to work on skills in our beginner or advanced class, or to just mess around in the pool.

Whether you're working on that forward finish hand roll, or want to find out what that pool kayaking thing is all about, this is a great way to master kayaking skills and prepare for your next big trip or surf session.

The sessions will be held at 49 Clinton Ave, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522.

The dates are: February 17, February 24, March 3, and March 10th. All sessions run 4PM till 6:30 PM.

Our Rolling Session is the place for the paddler who want to spend lots of time under water. If you're ready to learn your first roll, or move through the the Greenland rolling progression, this is the right course for you. Bring nose plugs!

Our Pool Strokes session is a great way to learn boat control skills. Learn to slide through wild rock gardens, pull up to a struggling paddler with speed and precision, or control your boat in terrifying wind, this course will come in handy.

Pool access is a great opportunity to practice skills on your own or mess around with friends. There's no greater teacher than the water.

All applicants must sign the waiver.
Class sizes are limited to three and total participants to 12, so be sure to sign up well in advance.
